By using cnluckyname.com ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing a report.

1. What the Service is

CnLuckyName generates a personalized Chinese name and BaZi / Wu Xing (Five Element) analysis based on the birth information you provide, combining deterministic traditional-calendar calculations with AI-generated narrative content.

2. Entertainment & cultural purpose only

    This service is for entertainment and cultural-inspiration purposes only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on as such.
  

3. Pricing & payment

Reports are sold in one-time-purchase tiers (currently Jade, Golden, and Dragon) at the prices shown at checkout. Payment is processed entirely by PayPal; we do not handle or store your card or PayPal login details.

4. No refunds

    ⚠️ All sales are final. Your report is a digital product generated instantly and automatically from the birth details you enter. Once a report has been generated, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. Please double-check your birth date, time, gender, and country before paying — we cannot correct or regenerate a report for free if you submitted incorrect information.
  

5. Report delivery & recovery

Your report is shown on-screen immediately after payment and also emailed to you as a backup copy. We keep a copy tied to your order so that, if you lose access before it loads or lose the email, we can help you recover the exact report you paid for — see our Privacy Policy for details on what's retained.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to reuse a single completed payment to generate more than one report; automate, scrape, or bulk-request reports; resell or redistribute reports commercially; or attempt to interfere with or circumvent the Service's payment verification.

7. Accuracy of information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth date, time, gender, and country you enter. The Service computes your chart and generates content based solely on what you submit.

8. Intellectual property

The report you purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use. The underlying naming library, calculation methods, and site content remain the property of CnLuckyName.

9. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CnLuckyName is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
